Response time

Treatment can almost always be provided on the day of contact, barring extenuating circumstances. We aim to answer your call to our emergency mobile phone (0407 111 117) first time and every time.

Should you be unable to contact us, e.g. if we are treating patients and cannot get to the telephone immediately, please leave a message on our answering service outlining:

  • Your Name
  • Your Phone Number
  • The Nature of Your Dental Emergency
  • Your Location

We will then contact you as soon as possible to arrange a time to see you and your family.
